We have a couple of shows this month, one at the Senior Center on the
16th, and the other at the Glendale Folk Festival on the 25th. That is a
Sunday. On the 16th, we will be doing Irish songs, as we have sort of
practiced. It should not be too hard, as the songs are simple, and it is a
low pressure presentation.
Bring the song sheets we used last week, March 9th, and we will put it
together in the first hour.
The Glendale Folk Festival show is our “Arizona Show”, and we will
basically do the same thing that we did in February at the Senior Center. I
will do the narration, and we will follow the script that Mark and Alonna
spelled out. Unfortunately, due to an oversight on my part, Mark and Alonna
will not be able to be with us, and for that I apologize.
The information on the festival is:

If you check the schedule on Sunday, you will see that “Ukulele Pops” aka
Pat McInnis, is playing at 12:30 at the Adobe House, and the “Scottsdale
Strummers” are on at 2:30, same place.
I am also doing a “Railroad Song” workshop along with some others at 10
am., and a “Beginner Ukulele” workshop at 11 am., also on Sunday.
Parking is pretty good if you get there in the morning, and it is a great
day for music.
